Search your name at claimitar.gov.
Start the claim online.
Upload documents with your Claim ID (Upload Claim Documentation).
Check claim status online; processing can take up to 90 days.

Notarized claim form if the claim is $1,000 or more, or includes stock or safe deposit box contents
Proof of name change if needed; heirs: probated will or affidavit of heirship
