If someone offers to do it for you
- A finder who charges you may need to be a licensed private investigator: ask the clerk.
- No one may charge you more than 30%.
- No one may sign you up before the 730th day (2 years) after the money is handed to the state.
- You never need to pay anyone to file.

- Get the right claim form from ADOR's forms page or by calling (602) 364-0380.
- Send the signed form with proof of ownership to ADOR.
