Steps
- Search your name at LaCashClaim.org.
- Select your property and file the claim.
- Send ID and proof of Social Security number (claims of $5,000 or more need a notarized form).
- Allow up to 90 days.

- Copy of driver's license or other photo ID
- Proof of Social Security number
- Sometimes: proof of previous address or of employment/accounts with the holder
- Notarized claim form if $5,000 or more
