Search your name at FindMassMoney.gov and file the claim online. You then get an emailed claim form; upload or mail it with the Section C documents. Some claims are auto-approved through Fast Track.
No one may sign you up before the 730th day (2 years) after the money is handed to the state.
Any deal must be in writing and notarised.
You never need to pay anyone to file.

Steps
Search your name, old names and business names at findmassmoney.gov
Select your property and file the claim
Give your Social Security number so the claim can qualify for Fast Track
Upload or mail the claim form and the documents listed in Section C
Track the claim with your claim ID; processing takes about 180 days
