Steps

  2. File the motion (notice of motion, certification, proposed order) with the Office of Foreclosure, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, NJ 08625
  3. Pay the $50 motion fee and serve all other parties
  4. Once the order is signed, the Trust Fund pays out
