Steps

  1. Watch for the clerk's notice of deposited funds (sent within 15 days to claimants the trustee listed).
  2. File the Petition for Adjudication of Priority to Funds on Trustee's Sale and pay $50.
  3. Send notice to all claimants on the trustee's affidavit. They have 60 days to respond.
  4. If no one contests, the court orders payment. If contested, a hearing is held within 20 days.
