The store at routeddata.com is run by Roger Maragh, in Florida. Questions about an order: open a private order request and include your order number. Keep your private order link secure.
What you're buying
- Pilots and setups: we set the product up under your brand. Paid once.
- Source licences: the white-labelled source code under your brand, with its verification report, under the licence that ships with it (summary below). Paid once.
- Hosted plans: we run it for you. Billed weekly until you cancel.
- The kata pack: a digital download. Paid once.
- Custom apps: the fixed scope, rights and price in the quote you accepted.
- Genesis early access: software access with sample data, for businesses and individuals. It is a prototype, it is not licensed to recover funds or offer credit repair, and it won't work anyone's own case.
- Genesis coaching program: $399 once for 30 days of private guided goals, action plans, and progress check-ins. No renewal.
- Genesis coaching membership: $49 per month through PayPal until you cancel. Each verified payment provides access through its confirmed billing period. Your saved coaching history stays with the membership across renewals. Coaching does not guarantee particular outcomes.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Online payments go through PayPal or Stripe's own checkout page; we never see or store your card. Save the private order link shown after checkout to check payment and delivery. Limited-time and referral offers apply to one-time items only, are not combined with other discounts, and end when their countdown ends. Quotes are valid for the days they state.
Delivery
- The kata pack: a private download on your order page as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- Source licences: private delivery to your e-mail, never a public link, within 5 business days of payment.
- Pilots, setups and custom apps: on the timeline in your order or quote.
- Genesis coaching: a private workspace link on your receipt after verified payment. Recover a lost receipt at order recovery.
Refunds
- Kata pack: a full refund within 14 days, no questions.
- Pilots and setups: a full refund before work starts; after that, a refund of the part not yet done.
- Source licences: a full refund until the source is delivered. After delivery, a refund only if it doesn't build as its verification report says and we can't fix that within 30 days. Delivered source can't be returned.
- Hosted plans: open a private billing request to cancel your service. For PayPal subscriptions, you can also stop future payments in your PayPal account's automatic payments. The current week isn't refunded; cancellation stops future renewals once confirmed.
- Custom apps: as your quote states; otherwise a refund of work not yet done.
- Genesis early access: a full refund within 14 days of your access starting.
- Genesis coaching program: a full refund within 14 days after access starts.
- Genesis coaching membership: a full refund within 14 days after access first starts. Later paid periods are not refunded unless required by law. Cancel future billing from your private receipt or PayPal automatic payments. Once PayPal confirms cancellation, future renewals stop and your confirmed paid period remains available. Cancellation does not request a refund.
To ask for a refund, open a private billing request with your order number. Refunds go through the payment provider to the original payment method; timing depends on the provider and your bank. Please use that private request if a charge needs review.
The licence, in short
A source licence lets you use, change and build the software and ship apps under your own brand, for one brand per licence. You may not publish, sell or give away the source itself; your employees and contractors may use it under confidentiality. You own your brand and your changes, not the underlying source. Support and updates are as your tier states. The software is provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. The full licence ships with the source and governs if anything here differs. Resale and white-label rights for custom apps are as your quote states.
Privacy
We keep what an order needs: what you ordered and its status, your e-mail, and your business and brand details if you give them. PayPal or Stripe processes your payment under its own privacy policy, and our pages are delivered through Cloudflare. An order stores only a one-way hash of your network address (to limit abuse), not the address itself; like most sites, our web server also keeps ordinary access logs (address, page, time) for up to a year. We don't sell or share your details, and we don't use advertising trackers. Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Ask us to see or delete your details by opening a private privacy request. If you apply for Genesis early access, we keep your application (your name, e-mail, the details you give and a one-way hash of your network address) to review it. Ask us to see or delete it through the same private privacy request.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on the day you paid applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
