Honest limits

Not a state lottery system. It does not connect to any lottery commission; you are responsible for the gaming laws where you operate.
Device, receipt-printer and App Store testing are still open. You need your own Apple Developer account and a server.
The PHP host is included as an unfinished preview with its parity list. The Node host is the supported one.
